Josh needs to quit being so damn sexy. I can't listen to a QOTSA CD without thinking about him. I even forced myself not to listen to one for a couple of days so I could sort of clear him from my mind. It's kinda scary.

I'm trying not to panic and be paranoid at work, but they're not making it easy. Ghost is in place, and they can see any website we go to. Damn, no more porn. Actually, I've been to ebay, netflix, news sites, MTV news, my 2 email accounts, my bank and credit card sites, and a few other hopefully harmless places this week. I'm staying away from any of my real life friends' journals, as well as diaryland altogether. I also played solitaire a few times while waiting on a huge print job, hoping I could tell when they were remotely connected to my PC. Apparently they can be connected and I won't know. One guy at work who had this thing installed has an icon in his system tray when they're looking. They were supposed to remove that or change that option in his setup, but forgot. They didn't forget on mine. I looked and found the folder where this spyware is located. I then looked at my system processes to see if any of those files were there. Not so far.

I heard through the grapevine some vague news that someone has already been caught going somewhere "bad", but I don't know where. My boss told me about it, but he didn't get many details. He knows where I go online. It's just the principle of the thing. Maybe I'll get that hair-on-the-back-of-the-neck-raising feeling when they're looking. It's kinda creepy.

Someone buy me this, this, this, and this (that skunk-haired girl scares me). Size medium. My birthday's coming up! I know. I should be smacked for shopping at Snot Gothic. And they were out of Powerpuff Girls shirts. Bastards.

Oh, and this.

I'm doing good on my workouts so far. I've worked out 3 days this week, including a particularly painful yoga ball and weights workout yesterday - arms, legs, back and abs. Ouch. I even found a spare pocket calendar (like I don't have enough calendars) to keep up with my workouts. I'm also keeping up with the traction my chiropractor wants me to do on my own, in additon to the weekly (for now) visits.

I feel like I'm organized, but I live off of sticky notes. I have a stack of them on my desk with things I need to remember. And now we're into doctor appointment season. Between now and July, I've got to have my yearly physical, yearly gyno, 6 month teeth cleaning, and checkup with my dermatologist. Oh, and all the animals have to have their yearly vet exam in July. Wheee! They love it so.
