I received a spam with the subject 'anus.' I opened it, and it was about Viagra. That just doesn't seem right at all.

Who the HELL does that friggin' Olsen twin (I don't know or care which one it is) think she is wearing a Metallica shirt? What idiot stylist thought that was a good idea? Does she even know who they are? And it's even an old shirt - Damage, Inc. Gah.

Not much going on. Just the usual. I'm back on the healthy diet and exercise wagon. It felt good to get my heart rate up on the treadmill yesterday. I even jogged a bit. Maybe I can build up a tolerance for it (along with the cardio strength), and my knees and ankles won't bother me. It sure seems to get my heart rate into the upper levels of my Target Heart Rate (around 80% of max).

In other news, the new tattoo is peeling already. It's got me really wanting another one. The only ideas I have are an ankh, the sign of Gemini (or Juno - similar, but taller; couldn't find the exact symbol), a Maneki Neko, one of those little kitties with the big heads and little necks (couldn't find one), or Felix. Yeah, the cats are silly and just whims, so probably not a good idea.

I am torn about watching the Daniel Berg video. I know a site where I can view it, but I know it will upset me and piss me off. Kinda like slaughterhouse or farm animal videos, or watching Bush speak. Well, sort of. I also think that this act in revenge of the abuse of Iraqi prisoners is like a bowling ball through a china shop.
