pill popping

Has anyone heard of spironolactone? It's a drug for hypertension or something that happens to help women who have hormonal breakouts. The info I've seen so far says something about it being a diuretic, but that could just be in large doses (which I think are used intravenously in an emergency). Anyway, my dermatologist is calling it in to my pharmacy. He has a few other patients on it, and it has helped them. He also said he had samples of Finevin if I want to try that.

I just don't know. If it's not one risk, it's a hundred others. I guess it's no worse than Accutane. At least it's not an antibiotic. Those are evil. Well, not when I have a sinus infection.
